Obligation communication

The requirements of obligation communication differ greatly from those of effect communication. The market does not make the rules; they are provided by legislation and agreements.

It is primarily about stable, intelligent and inexpensive solutions that enable you reliably to fulfil your legal obligations for publication, and your agreements with your customers. Depending on the extent of the process chain, you will receive the initial draft within 1 and maximum 7 working days. It will already include the queries regarding your securities via ISIN and name checks. We have always been faster; in some cases we have even halved the processes.

Although our systems are standardised, we are flexible enough to be able to deviate from them when required. And of course, we will include your or your customers' Corporate Design. However, we can also make changes to the design, account plan or structure, quickly and with the quality assured.

If you like, we will also check your dates and completions, and automatically notify those involved of to-dos or submission dates. And again if you like, we will also talk directly to your fund managers, auditors or other partners in your process chain.

We develop an individual price module for every client, since requirements and processes can differ greatly. The model is called individual standardisation. But one thing applies to all: you have complete cost transparency and a binding price list.
